Wenmohs Ranch is a working cattle ranch that has been in the family for eight generations. It is located in Cypress Mill, Texas, which is west of Austin and north of San Antonio, just off Highway 281 between Marble Falls and Johnson City.
Join Judy for 2 days of painting in a relaxed group atmosphere. Beginners to advanced painters welcome.

Easel (portable canvas-supporting easel -- table easel is fine.)
napthol red (Grumbacher Red)
This is the opaque red I prefer. If you can’t find it,
I’ll have a few tubes at the first class for sale.
cadmium yellow light
titanium white, or permalba (brand of large tube of white)
Brushes: #8, #10, and #12 bright bristle (not synthetic), #2 round bristle (for sketching)
Palette (disposable is fine)
Primed canvases or prepared boards: 16 x 20 or smaller
Jar with odorless paint thinner, mineral spirits, turpenoid, or turpenoid natural.
Optional: baby wipes (these are great hand cleaners!)
Small plastic bag for trash
Wear old clothes or an apron.
Reference material : photos (preferably rather simple scenes with lots of light and
shadow. Also, I prefer that you bring original photographs taken by you or someone you know.
